If you have a loved one as a patient there, for whatever reason, then you can telephone this number and get an update on them:

Self isolating and working from home
Many people are now self isolating and working from home and for some people this can bring challenges with regards to feelings of loneliness, anxiety and sadness.

Due to the current outbreak of Coronavirus the Government has passed new legislation which permits Parish Council to hold meetings in different formats to the usual meetings that we hold in the village hall. We will hold meetings as and when required by way of video conferencing. The Service is Suspended until further notice If you have a book that is overdue, don’t worry you won’t be charged – just keep hold of it until we open again! In the meantime the library has become a virtual library If you go online to www.suffolklibraries.co.uk there are free e-books and e-audios plus films and documentaries which can be streamed by ‘phone, tablet or PC There are also online group activities with live streams to groups, recordings, children’s activities and book and film discussion groups

A new online booking system will be in place when Suffolk’s Recycling Centres re-open on Thursday 14 May.This appointment-only system is necessary to help reduce traffic disruption and queueing on roads around the sites and help manage additional demand on the waste sites. There are also new temporary restrictions and guidelines in place at all sites to support the safety of staff and members of the public.

Market Traders Who Home Deliver - New Website Launched
West Suffolk Council have just launched a new website which they will populate with market traders who will do home deliveries of food and other items. While there is little on there at the moment, I am sure the list will grow over the coming days so some may wish to check the site from time to time
